Use of the service

You are responsible for your account, connected destinations, content, guests, and compliance with the rules of Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch, and any other service you connect.

Content and permissions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant MKCast Live the limited permission needed to process and transmit content at your direction. You must have the rights and consent required to broadcast people, music, graphics, and media.

Acceptable use

You may not use MKCast Live to violate law, compromise accounts, bypass platform controls, distribute malicious content, infringe rights, or disrupt services.

Availability

Features may depend on third-party platforms, networks, hardware, and approvals. We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimer and liability

MKCast Live is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, account decisions, or content you choose to broadcast.
