MKCast Live support can help with account access, streaming destinations, virtual camera setup, privacy questions, and deletion requests.

Installation and system help

When requesting technical support, include your operating system, MKCast Live version, camera or capture device, microphone or mixer, and the application or streaming destination involved.

Facebook connection help

Confirm that you manage the selected Facebook Page, that the MKCast Live Meta app is configured, and that the requested permissions were accepted. Never send an App Secret, Page access token, password, stream key, or two-factor code to support.

Streaming and media help

Describe whether the problem occurs in Preview, Live, the virtual camera output, or only at a destination. For media problems, include the file type and whether video, image, or audio playback is affected.

Before contacting support

  • Record the version of MKCast Live you are using.
  • Note the connected platform and Page name.
  • Do not include passwords, App Secrets, stream keys, or access tokens.
